Basketball Recap: Roger Bacon Takes a Loss

Roger Bacon played a tough game on Saturday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against the Seven Hills Stingers, falling 63-41. The Spartans were down 48-26 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Despite the loss, Roger Bacon still got an impressive performance from Christian Byrd, who posted 12 points and four steals. Another player making a difference was Luke Wilson, who put up two points.

Roger Bacon now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Seven Hills, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Roger Bacon didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 73-63 win against Cincinnati Christian on the 10th. As for Seven Hills, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 58-45 victory against Cincinnati Country Day on the 13th.
