Cedar waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 12-5 margin over the Snow Canyon Warriors. The result was nothing new for the Reds, who have now won ten contests by six runs or more so far this season.
Kate Lopez was a standout: she got on base in four of her five plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Kinzie Hawkins, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI.
Cedar lost a few balls and finished the game with three home runs. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Snow Canyon didn't launched any.
