Volleyball Recap: Cedar Valley Takes a Loss

Cedar Valley saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell just short of the Northridge Knights by a score of 2-1.

Cedar Valley's offense was headlined by Isabel Levorsen and Liviena Wolfgramm, who picked up two kills apiece. They were helped by Ashley Gagnier and Kaori Inzunza, who contributed three assists each. Inzunza was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Cedar Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Northridge, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.

Northridge wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Uintah on the 23rd. Hopefully Cedar Valley paid attention to the Knights' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Knights at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
