It's playoff time, and Pahrump Valley had no trouble coming through when it counted. They were the clear victors by an 8-0 margin over the Virgin Valley Bulldogs on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Trojans, who have now won 15 contests by six runs or more so far this season.
Andrew Zurn was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run over seven innings pitched. Zurn was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Pahrump Valley wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, an 8-4 win against Moapa Valley on the 9th. Virgin Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
