Football Game Preview: Harding County/Bison vs. Ipswich Tigers

Harding County/Bison will venture away from home to take on the Ipswich Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Harding County/Bison took a loss when they played away from home on October 3rd, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed last Friday. They claimed a resounding 60-6 win over Faith. Harding County/Bison hasn't had any issues with Faith recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

One reason for the win was Harding County/Bison's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for three sacks. Shay Smith was especially locked on to Faith's QB and sacked him twice. Smith has become a key player for Harding County/Bison: the team is undefeated when he posts at least one sack, but 1-3 otherwise.

Meanwhile, Ipswich blew past North Central, posting a 54-24 win.

Ipswich's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Harding County/Bison, their win bumped their record up to 5-3.
