Soccer Recap: Olympia Takes a Loss

Olympia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They lost 8-0 to the Pekin Dragons. If Olympia were looking for revenge after losing 6-0 to Pekin when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Olympia's defeat dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Pekin, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-14.

Coming up, Olympia will look to defend their home pitch on Saturday against Riverton at 11:00 a.m. As for Pekin, they are taking a road trip to face off against Limestone at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
