Basketball Recap: Brighton Comes Up Short

Paityn Meacham was Brighton's leading scorer, having posted ten points. Keagan Stepp held things down on the boards with eight rebounds.

Brighton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Bolivar Central, the win got them back to even at 7-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brighton will face off against Fayette Ware at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bolivar Central, they will take on Millington Central at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Trojans have insisted on making their last four contests complete nail-biters, turning in a record of 2-2 during that stretch of close contests.
