Baseball Recap: Crane Comes Up Short

Crane fell victim to Hartville and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They came up short against the Eagles, falling 21-0. The Pirates haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Crane's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Hartville, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coincidentally, Crane and Hartville will both be playing Southwest the next time they take the field. The Pirates will host the Trojans at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Eagles will play them later in the day, at 1:30 p.m.
