Nationally-ranked rivals set to square off after battling for the state title each of the past two seasons.

The MaxPreps Game of the Week heads to Tennessee as No. 25 McCallie (Chattanooga) hosts No. 23 Baylor (Chattanooga) in a matchup between the top two teams in the state.

McCallie (5-1) took down then-No. 6 Mission Viejo (Calif.) two weeks ago to earn a spot in the MaxPreps Top 25. Running back Kris Lloyd scored two rushing touchdowns and quarterback Elliott Drapeau threw for a score. Vanderbilt commit Keeyshawn Tabuteau caught the touchdown.

Baylor (5-0) has scored at least 35 points in each of its wins with a balanced offensive attack.

Four-star Louisville quarterback commit Briggs Cherry leads the passing attack while five-star David Gabriel Georges is rated as the No. 3 running back in the Class of 2027. The offensive line is led by Tennessee commit Gabriel Osenda, Louisville pledge Charlie Edgeworth and uncommitted three-star Xavier Wade.
