Basketball Game Preview: Hydro-Eakly Bobcats vs. Geary Bison

Hydro-Eakly is a perfect 6-0 against Geary since January of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Bobcats will host the Bison at 8:00 p.m. One thing working in Hydro-Eakly's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six matchups.

Hydro-Eakly is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Vanoss just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 59-55 to the Wolves.

Meanwhile, Geary suffered their closest loss since December 4, 2025 on Saturday. They fell just short of Ringwood by a score of 63-60. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Friday (55), the Bison still had to take the loss.

Hydro-Eakly's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Geary, their loss dropped their record down to 7-7.

Everything came up roses for Hydro-Eakly against Geary in their previous matchup back in January of 2025, as the team secured an 85-43 victory. Will the Bobcats repeat their success, or do the Bison have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
