Desert Oasis lost against Palo Verde on January 6th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Desert Oasis Diamondbacks fell 68-59 to the Palo Verde Panthers. The Diamondbacks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Desert Oasis' defeat dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Palo Verde, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-6.

As for Palo Verde, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Palo Verde Panthers face off against the Pinecrest Academy Cadence Cougars at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Palo Verde is facing Pinecrest Academy Cadence at the right time seeing as Pinecrest Academy Cadence is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
