Volleyball Recap: Scituate's Loss Ends Seven-Game Winning Streak on the Road + How To Watch

Scituate suffered their biggest loss since September 23, 2024 on Wednesday. They came up short against the Ponaganset Chieftains, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Chieftains this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 on Tuesday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-17, 25-12.

Scituate's defeat ended a seven-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 3-2. As for Ponaganset, they pushed their record up to 2-0 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Scituate will welcome Burrillville at 6:15 p.m. on Monday. Ponaganset does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
