Volleyball Recap: Wasatch Triumphs

Wasatch saw some tournament action on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Ridgeline Riverhawks.

Grant Hansen paced Wasatch's offense, picking up 14 kills. Hansen got some help from Nathan Burton and his 31 assists. Finally, Noah Foster and Alec Slater kept the team grounded on defense, each having blocked two attacks.

Wasatch's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Ridgeline, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-4.

Wasatch wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Westlake on the 10th. As for Ridgeline, they will head out to take on Green Canyon at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be Green Canyon's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
