Baseball Recap: Timberline Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Timberline's offense. They came up short against the North Thurston Rams on Tuesday, falling 13-0. Having soared to a lofty 16 runs in the game before, the Blazers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Timberline's loss dropped their record down to 4-4-1. As for North Thurston, their win bumped their record up to 5-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Timberline will face off against Lakes at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Blazers are facing the Lancers at the right time seeing as the Lancers are stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for North Thurston, they will challenge Capital at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Cougars will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Rams surely won't give up without a fight.
