Pembroke Hill hasn't had much luck against St. Teresa's Academy recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Pembroke Hill Raiders will welcome the St. Teresa's Academy Stars at 6:30 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Pembroke Hill is coming into the match on the come-up as their season has now been buoyed by two straight wins. They snuck past Oak Grove with a 45-39 victory last Friday.

Meanwhile, St. Teresa's Academy had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.6 points) and they went ahead and made it six on Tuesday. They strolled past the Bulldogs with points to spare, taking the game 55-38. Given the Stars' advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 14th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 166th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

St. Teresa's Academy pushed their record up to 11-3 with the win, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.6 points per game. As for Pembroke Hill, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-7.
