Volleyball Recap: Buckingham Gets the Win

Buckingham's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Altavista Colonels. This was payback for the Knights, who suffered a 3-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

The win got Buckingham back to even at 1-1. As for Altavista, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Buckingham is headed away from home for the first time to take on Appomattox County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Altavista, they will take on Brookville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
