After flying high against Triway on Saturday, Manchester came back down to earth. The Panthers fell 10-7 to the Green Bulldogs on Monday. The Panthers' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Cassidy Perry made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Saige Rankin, who went 2-for-4 with two runs and two doubles.

Manchester's loss dropped their record down to 13-4. As for Green, they pushed their record up to 12-1 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Manchester will welcome Canton South at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Green, they will venture away from home to take on Lake at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
