Glenbrook North had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Lake Forest Scouts.

Glenbrook North can attribute much of their success to Habin Park, who had 12 digs. Those 12 digs gave Park a new career-high. Sophia Lenero also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.

Glenbrook North's win bumped their record up to 13-1. As for Lake Forest, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.

Glenbrook North is on the road again on Saturday to play Jacobs at 11:00 a.m. As for Lake Forest, they will be taking part in a tournament against Palatine at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
