Volleyball Recap: Lake Highland Prep Picks Up Fourth Straight Win at Home

With a playoff win on the line, Lake Highland Prep rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Trinity Christian Academy Warriors 3-2. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Highlanders.

Lake Highland Prep wouldn't go down easily and took Trinity Christian Academy into a fifth set where they got it done with a six-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 24-26, 25-23, 25-20, 23-25, 15-9.

Lake Highland Prep pushed their record up to 12-14 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Trinity Christian Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-4.

Looking ahead, Lake Highland Prep will take on King's Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Lions will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Highlanders surely won't give up without a fight. Trinity Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
