Baseball Recap: MMI Preparatory School Takes a Loss

MMI Preparatory School fought the good fight in their extra-innings match against Marian Catholic on Saturday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of Marian Catholic by a score of 8-7. The loss continues a trend for MMI Preparatory School in their meetings with Marian Catholic: they've now lost three in a row.

Nick Pantages made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in RBI (two).

MMI Preparatory School now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Marian Catholic, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
