Soccer Recap: Mohawk Area Comes Up Short

The matchup between Mohawk Area and Keystone Oaks on Tuesday hardly resembled the 1-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Warriors came up short against the Golden Eagles, falling 7-2. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Mohawk Area were already down 4-0.

Mohawk Area's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Keystone Oaks, the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 2-4 record.

Coincidentally, Mohawk Area and Keystone Oaks will both be playing Hopewell the next time they take the pitch. The Warriors will head out to face the Vikings at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Golden Eagles will host them at 11:15 a.m. on Saturday.
