Basketball Recap: Parkville Comes Up Short

Parkville was the 71-67 winner over Towson when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The game between the Parkville Knights and the Towson Generals didn't end well, with the Parkville Knights falling 72-55. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Leading Towson to victory were Devaughn West and Seven Wheeler. West went 8 of 13 en route to 20 points and three steals, while Wheeler posted 14 points and five steals. The dominant performance gave West a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Will Fryer, who put up four points and six steals.

Parkville's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Towson, their record is now 6-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Parkville will host Randallstown at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Towson has already played their next matchup (against Milford Mill Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
