Softball Recap: Cherokee County's Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Three

It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Cherokee County ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Sylvania Rams, sneaking past 4-3. The victory was nothing new for the Warriors as they're now sitting on three straight.

Cherokee County's record is now 23-3. As for Sylvania, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-17.

Cherokee County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Sylvania, they will square off against Coosa Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
