Recap: T.C. Roberson Rams vs. McDowell Titans
The T.C. Roberson Rams's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their sixth straight loss. They took a serious blow against McDowell, falling 55-9. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points T.C. Roberson has scored all season.
Among those leading the charge was Kensly Stewart, who scored 17 points. Khloe Joyner was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
T.C. Roberson has been struggling recently, as they've lost eight of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season. As for McDowell, their victory bumped their record up to 14-3.
T.C. Roberson will head out on the road to face off against North Buncombe at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. North Buncombe presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than T.C. Roberson in North Carolina (North Buncombe is ranked 175th, while T.C. Roberson is ranked 390th). As for McDowell, they will play host again and welcome Hibriten, where tip off is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
