Basketball Recap: Sheboygan South Comes Up Short

Sheboygan South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat. They lost 79-56 to the West Bend West Spartans. If the Redwings were looking for revenge after losing 49-37 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Sheboygan South's loss dropped their record down to 1-17. As for West Bend West, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sheboygan South will face off against Green Bay Southwest at 7:00 p.m. on February 27th. As for West Bend West, they will square off against Slinger at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Slinger knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 11 matches -- so hopefully West Bend West likes a good challenge.
