Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Eagan). Couldn't have asked for a better way to wrap up 2024 than the 81-42 stomp they got against the Centennial Cougars. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Wildcats with their most commanding win of the season.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Eagan, bringing their record for this year to 7-3. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.5 points per game. As for Centennial, they moved to 7-2 with that defeat, which also ended their six-game winning streak.

Eagan and Chaska will face off at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. One thing working in Chaska's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four matches. As for Centennial, they and Eastview will face off at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. Eastview knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Centennial likes a good challenge.
