Baseball Recap: Antelope Comes Up Short

Antelope lost against West Park last Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Antelope came up short against West Park, falling 15-4. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Antelope saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Adrian Martinez, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Antelope's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for West Park, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Antelope will host Kennedy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Antelope is facing Kennedy at the right time seeing as Kennedy is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for West Park, they will face off against River City at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. West Park's pitchers better be ready for this one: River City has averaged an impressive 6.2 runs per game this season.
