Basketball Recap: Sugar Creek Wildcats vs. Fletcher Falcons
Sugar Creek gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. They breezed by the Fletcher Falcons to the tune of 96-8.
Sugar Creek was led to victory by Jayden Levan- Israel and Corde Harrison. Levan- Israel went 8 for 10 en route to 18 points plus two steals and two blocks, while Harrison went 7 for 11 en route to 19 points plus four steals. Rasan Adams was another key player, posting seven points in addition to seven steals.
Sugar Creek will welcome Bonnie Cone Leadership Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Fletcher, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Walnut Grove Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Fletcher will come in still looking for their first win of the season.
