Campolindo had already won seven in a row and they went ahead and made it eight on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Berean Christian Eagles. The Cougars have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.
The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 20-25, 25-16, 25-21.
Campolindo pushed their record up to 23-8 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Berean Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 17-10 record this season.
Campolindo will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Northgate at 6:00 p.m. Northgate will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Campolindo surely won't give up without a fight. Berean Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
