There's no place like home for Pensacola Catholic, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They were the clear victor by a 60-37 margin over the Gulf Breeze Dolphins on Saturday. The Crusaders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 22 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Jenecia Swindell, who posted 18 points along with four steals and three blocks. That's the most blocks she has posted since back in January of 2024. Another player making a difference was Morgan Smith, who earned ten points and six boards.

Despite the loss, Gulf Breeze saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Adyson Davidson had nine points and seven rebounds.

Pensacola Catholic's record is now 11-8. As for Gulf Breeze, they are on a 20-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-21.

Pensacola Catholic didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 48-29 victory against Tate on the 27th. As for Gulf Breeze, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 65-25 defeat against West Florida Baptist Academy on the 27th.
