Soccer Game Preview: Foothill vs. Tustin

The Foothill Knights and the Tustin Tillers will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

On Wednesday, neither Foothill nor Godinez Fundamental could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Garrett Zehner was the only thing that stood between the Knights and a shutout considering he scored both of the Knights' goals, bringing his season total up to four goals.

Meanwhile, after low-scoring totals in their previous nine match, Tustin brought some dynamite into their most recent contest. They put the hurt on Crean Lutheran with a sharp 4-1 win on Wednesday. The matchup marked Tustin's most dominant victory of the season so far.

Foothill's draw makes their record 3-6-2 this season. As for Tustin, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-5-1 record this season.
