Soccer Game Preview: Port St. Joe vs. Bozeman

Port St. Joe is on a four-game streak of home losses, Bozeman a seven-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck will change on Friday. The Port St. Joe Tiger Sharks will welcome the Bozeman Bucks at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Port St. Joe fell victim to Mosley and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dolphins.

Meanwhile, Bozeman lost 7-2 to Destin on Wednesday. While losing is never fun, the Bucks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 596th, while the Sharks are ranked 188th).

Kayden Mooney and Lane Curtis scored both of Bozeman's goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.

Bozeman's loss dropped their record down to 0-14-1. As for Port St. Joe, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-8-1.

Port St. Joe took their win against Bozeman when the teams last played back in December of 2024 by a conclusive 4-1. Does Port St. Joe have another victory up their sleeve, or will Bozeman turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
