Willow Spring not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 4, 2024. They blew past the Southeast Raleigh Bulldogs 12-1. The win continues a trend for the Storm in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won seven in a row.

Chadburn Turner looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run any time he's pitched this season.

At the plate, Willow Spring got a big performance out of Joshua Anderson II, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. The dominant performance gave Anderson II a new career-high in RBI. Jackson Sherrell was another key player, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.

Willow Spring hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their strikeout total in three consecutive matches.
