Soccer Recap: Rye Comes Up Short

Rye's game on Monday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Front Range Christian Falcons by a score of 2-1. Rye have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Their goal came courtesy of Nicoline Larson, who's now up to eight this season.

Rye now has a losing record of 4-5-1. As for Front Range Christian, they pushed their record up to 9-2-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Rye has already played their next matchup, a 5-1 loss against Lamar on the 23rd. As for Front Range Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 1-0 win against William Smith on the 22nd.
