King's Fork has gone 10-0 against Indian River recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The King's Fork Bulldogs will welcome the Indian River Braves at 7:30 p.m. King's Fork will be strutting in after a win while Indian River will be coming in after a defeat.

Last Tuesday, King's Fork humbled Lakeland with a 62-29 victory. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 22 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Indian River lost 55-31 to Nansemond River on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Braves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 88th, while the Warriors are ranked 15th).

King's Fork's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-3. As for Indian River, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-5 record this season.

King's Fork beat Indian River 50-43 when the teams last played back in January of 2024. Will King's Fork repeat their success, or does Indian River have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
