Mojave has gone 8-2 against Trona recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Mojave Mustangs will head out to square off against the Trona Tornadoes at 5:30 p.m.

On Tuesday, Mojave ended up a good deal behind Lucerne Valley and lost 59-41.

Meanwhile, Trona posted their biggest victory since February 2, 2024 on Monday. They were the clear victor by a 53-27 margin over Owens Valley. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Tornadoes as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Mojave has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season. As for Trona, their victory bumped their record up to 5-9.

Mojave came up short against Trona in their previous meeting last Saturday, falling 48-42. Can Mojave avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
