Softball Recap: Atlantic City Comes Up Short

Atlantic City lost against Atlantic County Institute of Tech back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Vikings lost 8-1 to Atlantic County Institute of Tech. The Vikings' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Atlantic City saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Andreanna Micali, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Atlantic City's loss dropped their record down to 10-12. As for Atlantic County Institute of Tech, their victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-12.

Coming up, Atlantic City will challenge Cedar Creek at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Atlantic County Institute of Tech, they will face off against Deptford at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
