After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hollywood Hills, Northeast was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They skirted past the McArthur Mustangs 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Hurricanes have posted since September 19, 2024.

Northeast was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The final score came out to 25-13, 19-25, 16-25, 25-21, 15-13.

Their offense was headlined by Camila Naveira and Andrea Duran, who picked up three kills apiece. They got some help from Esmeralda Molina and her five assists. Natalie Rodriguez controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
