Basketball Recap: Aden Henke Key Part of a Team Effort in Lions Win

There's no place like home for Luther, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They snuck past the Prague Red Devils with a 47-43 win on Friday. This was payback for the Lions, who suffered a 59-56 loss the last time these two teams met.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Luther to victory, but perhaps none more so than Aden Henke, who went 5 of 7 on his way to 13 points and six rebounds. Azayah Skannal was another key player, putting up ten points and eight boards.

Luther's victory bumped their record up to 8-13. As for Prague, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-10.

Luther wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 72-51 win against Meeker on the 8th. As for Prague, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Chandler at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Chandler's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four contests.
