Baseball Recap: Norcom Comes Up Short

Norcom was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They came up short against the Phoebus Phantoms, falling 24-4.

Norcom saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jaeden Heart, who went 2-for-3 with two doubles, one stolen base, and one run. Heart has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.

Norcom's defeat dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Phoebus, with the win, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-14.

Norcom didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 17-1 loss against Churchland on the 20th. As for Phoebus, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 14-3 defeat against Warwick on the 20th.
