Basketball Game Preview: Wellington Crusaders vs. Andale Indians

The Wellington Crusaders will face off against the Andale Indians at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Wellington will bounce into Tuesday's game after beating Collegiate, who they had gone 1-7-1 against in their nine prior meetings. Wellington took down Collegiate 56-39 on Friday.

Meanwhile, Andale entered their tilt with Rose Hill on Friday with five consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with six. They claimed a resounding 56-21 win over the Rockets. Given the Indians' advantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 50th, while the Rockets are ranked 267th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Wellington has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 11-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.1 points over those games. As for Andale, they pushed their record up to 13-3 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home.
