Basketball Recap: Norfolk Catholic's Luck Changes for the Better on Thursday

Norfolk Catholic came into Thursday's match having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They took down the Winnebago Indians 57-38 on Thursday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Knights also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

Norfolk Catholic's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sidonia Wattier, who went 6 for 9 on her way to 12 points in addition to seven boards and three steals. Another player making a difference was Hayden Brummer, who went 5 of 7 on her way to 11 points and five rebounds.
