Football Preview: Newark Wildcats vs. Upper Arlington Golden Bears        
        
		
             The Newark Wildcats will head out on the road to  face off against  the Upper Arlington Golden Bears  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Newark will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
 Newark will bounce into Friday's   contest after  beating Lancaster, who they had gone 0-9 against in their nine prior meetings. Newark came out on top against Lancaster by a score of  36-25  on Friday. The Wildcats pushed the score to  30-10 by the end of the third, a deficit the Golden Gales cut but never quite recovered from.
 Newark's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Kolton Peterson, who rushed for 137 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.6 yards per carry. The team also got some help courtesy of  Bodie Smith, who threw for 195 yards and two touchdowns.
 Newark was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 207  rushing yards. That's the most  rushing yards they've posted  since  the start of last season.
 Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Upper Arlington beat Hilliard Davidson 14-10 on Friday. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for the Golden Bears.
 Newark pushed their record up to 7-3 with the  victory, which was their fifth straight  at home. As for Upper Arlington, their record now sits at 8-2.
