Arizona College Prep waltzed into their matchup on Monday with 14 straight wins... but they left with 15. They never let the Horizon Huskies get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory. That's two games straight that the Knights have won by exactly eight runs.

Horizon's batters probably weren't too happy with Ava Moynihan, who pitched a no hitter (she gave up four walks).

On the hitting side, Arizona College Prep got a massive performance out of Paula Cantu, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. Those four hits gave Cantu a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Taylor Estrella, who went 3-for-5 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI.

Arizona College Prep was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .424. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Horizon only posted a batting average of .000.

Arizona College Prep's win was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 17-3. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Horizon, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-6 record this season.

Arizona College Prep will have a chance to go back-to-back against Horizon: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
