John Paul II Catholic came into Monday's matchup looking for another win against Coastal Christian, but Ethan Adgent wouldn't allow it. The Coastal Christian Centurions managed a 43-39 win over the John Paul II Catholic Saints on Monday thanks in part to Adgent, who posted 15 points. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points.

John Paul II Catholic's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Caleb Stahl, who went 5 of 6 to rack up 11 points and seven rebounds, and Micah Gray-Hudnell, who scored eight points. Thanks to that strong game, Stahl now owns an excellent 50% shooting accuracy. Latavious 'TT' Moore was another key player, putting up five points and nine boards.

Coastal Christian's victory bumped their record up to 5-17. As for John Paul II Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-7.

Coastal Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for John Paul II Catholic, they have already played their next game, a 57-47 win against Arendell Parrott Academy on the 5th.
