Baseball Recap: Grace Academy Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Grace Academy entered their tilt with Ambassador Christian School on Tuesday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victor by an 11-2 margin over Ambassador Christian School. The result was nothing new for Grace Academy, who have now won three contests by nine runs or more so far this season.

Aiden Morris looked comfortable as he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits any time he's pitched this season.

On the hitting side, Joshua Ellis was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Brody Mcnamara was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Grace Academy's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Ambassador Christian School, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Grace Academy will welcome North Hills Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Ambassador Christian School, they will square off against NorthPoint Christian Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
