While Hope Christian's win against Los Alamos wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Huskies sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Hilltoppers on Saturday. The Huskies haven't had any issues with the Hilltoppers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Hope Christian had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 23-25, 24-26, 25-21, 25-14, 15-5.

Hope Christian's victory bumped their record up to 13-5. As for Los Alamos, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Hope Christian will face off against Del Norte at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Los Alamos, they will square off against Pojoaque Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
