Bourbon proved they can win big on Saturday (they won by 24) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Jennings Warriors 41-39. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the War Hawks have posted since December 9, 2024.

Bourbon now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Jennings, they dropped their record down to 6-5 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.
