Genoa Christian Academy won the last time they faced Granville Christian Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. Genoa Christian Academy walked away with a 3-1 victory over Granville Christian Academy.

Cadence Nixon went supernova, getting 21 digs and two assists. Those 21 digs gave her a new career-high.

Genoa Christian Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 22 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in eight consecutive contests dating back to last season.

The win got Genoa Christian Academy back to even at 1-1. As for Granville Christian Academy, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 4-2.

Coincidentally, Genoa Christian Academy and Granville Christian Academy will both be playing Delaware Christian the next time they take the court. Genoa Christian Academy will host Delaware Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Granville Christian Academy will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
