Softball Recap: Palma Gets the Win

Palma never let their opponents score on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Chico Panthers, sneaking past 2-0.

Analysia Rocha was excellent, going 2-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one double.

Palma hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They are 2-1 when they post two or more strikeouts.

Palma's victory bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Chico, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-5.

Looking ahead, Palma will host Everett Alvarez at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Chico, they will be taking part in a tournament against Scotts Valley at 2:45 p.m. on Saturday.
